Refunds and Exchanges

Due to quality and hygiene concerns, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any fragrances.

Friday Clip – 1 Year Warranty

What's Covered

The Friday Clip comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your clip breaks due to a manufacturing defect or normal use, we'll replace it at no charge.

What's Not Covered

Broken or cracked glass is not covered under this warranty. We recommend handling your glass vial with care to preserve the glass components.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@fridayfragrance.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Our fragrances are intimate, personal products that come into direct contact with your skin. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
