Friday Return & Satisfaction Policy
At Friday, we create fragrances with care, intention, and a focus on exceptional experience. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to hear from you and make it right while also protecting our small studio from misuse.
1. Return Window
We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Items)
To be eligible for a standard return and refund, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused and not sprayed or applied

In its original packaging, including any sleeves, boxes, or collectors cards

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Used or Opened Fragrances
We recognize that fragrance is personal, and sometimes a scent does not land the way you hoped.
Because perfumes are personal care products, used or opened items are generally not eligible for a full refund. However, in special circumstances we may offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Store credit for used or opened items is assessed case by case.

We may request photos, a description of the issue, or additional information.

Approval of store credit for used items is at our sole discretion.
Our goal is to go above and beyond for genuine customers while protecting the brand from misuse and reselling.
4. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
Email info@fridayfragrance.com with photos and your order number, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Heavily used or nearly empty bottles

Products that are returned with significant damage not caused during shipping
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be tampered with, altered, or not in a sanitary condition.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to:

Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you prefer.
In some cases, we may offer a direct exchange at our discretion.
8. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:

With tags and original packaging

You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@fridayfragrance.com.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Limits
To protect our customers and our small studio:

We reserve the right to monitor and limit returns and refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent behavior.

We may decline a refund or return if we believe the policy is being misused.
