At Friday Fragrance, every bottle and every package is prepared with intention, care, and quality. Because our fragrances are released in small, limited batches, our shipping schedule is designed to reflect our slow-made, high-quality production process.

Please read the details below to understand how and when your order will ship.


1. Shipping Schedule

We ship all orders in batches every 2 weeks from the official drop or release date of each collection.

What this means:

  • Orders placed before or during a launch window will be processed together and shipped on the next scheduled shipping date.

  • If you place an order between shipping cycles, your order will be fulfilled and shipped on the next bi-weekly shipping date.

  • This approach ensures consistent, quality-controlled packaging for all customers and supports the small-batch nature of our fragrances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.


2. Processing Time

Because we ship in fixed bi-weekly cycles:

  • Orders are processed in the days leading up to each shipping date.

  • During high-volume launches (such as Batch releases or seasonal collections), processing times may be slightly longer but will always align with the 2-week shipping cycle.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery windows:

  • US Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving the tracking link.

If you do not receive a tracking email after the expected shipping date, contact us at info@fridayfragrance.com.


5. Pre-Orders & Drops

Many Friday Fragrance products are offered as limited, small-batch releases.

For pre-orders or early access purchases:

  • Your order will ship on the first shipping cycle after the official release date.

  • The release date will always be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering early, as quantities are limited and often sell out.


6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes are not included in your purchase price.

  • Buyers are responsible for any fees charged by their local customs office.

  • Friday Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

  • Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
